Todd Swain, an undercover federal agent for the National Park Service, is responsible for tracking down looters.Native American artifacts such as arrowheads, scraping tools, pottery shards, expansive rock and other artifacts are common in the vast wilderness of Joshua Tree National Park and in rocky terrain near the Ord and Rodman Mountains. Signs of looting include the remains of giant holes as well as broken rocks where rock art is prevalent.
